Is there a fee for returns?
No – returns are free of charge.
However, in some cases we charge a small return fee if you only return part of your order and the order value falls below our free shipping threshold:
– €49 within Germany
– €99 outside Germany
In this case, we deduct a flat fee of $3 (Germany) or $6 (international) from the refund amount.
Background: We cover the shipping costs for orders above this threshold. If part of the order is returned and the order value falls below the threshold as a result, we use this flat rate to offset part of our original shipping costs.
Don't worry: if you return the entire order, there is no flat rate.
