Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 working days. The shipping costs are 4.95€, from a shopping cart value of 49€ the delivery is free of shipping costs. The shipping costs abroad are 13.95€, from a shopping cart value of 99€ the delivery is free of shipping costs. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and may exceed the usual delivery time of 2-3 working days.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to fulfill your cancellation request. Please note, however, that we can only process a cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped. After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery.
We are very sorry that the delivery did not work - there may be several reasons for this: - The parcel was refused on delivery. - Our delivery partner did not have access to your address even after several attempts. - The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect. - The parcel was damaged en route. - The order was not collected from the store within 10 days. It may take some time for the parcel to arrive back at our warehouse. Unfortunately, the parcel will not be reshipped, but we will issue you with a credit note in this case. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible.
The refund will be made via the payment method originally selected when ordering.

When purchasing on account, you will be subjected to a credit check on our behalf by a credit agency commissioned by Unzer E-Com GmbH. Unfortunately, we have no way of influencing this process. In the event of a failed order, you should always first check whether the account details provided were correct or whether the credit or debit card may have expired. To try a different payment method, you do not have to place a new order, but can simply change the payment method in your existing order. If necessary, please also contact your bank to clarify the matter.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period, please use the withdrawal form and send it to our customer service. If there are any problems with your order after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, please also contact our customer service.
Bitte sende Dein Paket nicht direkt an uns zurück sondern an den Logistikdienstleister FIEGE. Um ein Retourenlabel anzufordern wende dich bitte an unseren Kundenservice.
Bitte bewahre den Retourenbeleg auf, bis wir dir den Eingang der Rücksendung bestätigen. Solltest Du innerhalb von 30 Tagen nicht über eine Rückerstattung informiert werden, wende dich bitte an unseren Kundenservice.
Entschuldige bitte, dass Du einen falschen Artikel bekommen hast. Bitte sende uns den Artikel so schnell wie möglich zurück und nimm Kontakt zu unserem Kundenservice auf. Wir bieten leider keinen Umtauschprozess an, Du kannst den Artikel aber einfach neu bei uns bestellen.
Falls ein Artikel aus Deiner Bestellung nicht geliefert wurde, informiere uns bitte innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Zustelldatum darüber. Bitte wende dich an unseren Kundenservice.

Bitte wende Dich für die Rücksendung zunächst an unseren Kundenservice. Der Rückversand an unsere siku Firmenadresse ist nicht vorgesehen und führt zu erheblichen Verzögerungen im Bearbeitungsprozess.
Beim Kauf auf Rechnung wirst Du in unserem Auftrag durch eine von der Unzer E-Com GmbH beauftragten Auskunftei einer Bonitätsprüfung unterzogen. Auf diesen Prozess haben wir leider keine Möglichkeit Einfluss zu nehmen. Bei einer fehlgeschlagenen Bestellung solltest Du grundsätzlich zunächst prüfen, ob die Adressdaten korrekt waren. Verwende ansonsten gerne eine andere Zahlart.
