Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 working days. The shipping costs are 4.95€, from a shopping cart value of 49€ the delivery is free of shipping costs.
The shipping costs abroad are 13.95€, from a shopping cart value of 99€ the delivery is free of shipping costs. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and may exceed the usual delivery time of 2-3 working days.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery.

We are very sorry that the delivery did not work - there may be several reasons for this:
- The parcel was refused on delivery.
- Our delivery partner did not have access to your address even after several attempts.
- The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect.
- The parcel was damaged en route.
- The order was not collected from the store within 10 days. It may take some time for the parcel to arrive back at our warehouse. Unfortunately, the parcel will not be reshipped, but we will issue you with a credit note in this case. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible.
