My gaming controller won't connect to my smartphone/tablet. What can I do?
If your gaming controller does not connect to your smartphone/tablet or the SIKUCONTROL APP, please check the following possible sources of error:
• Is the gaming controller compatible with the operating system of the smartphone/tablet?
• Is the operating system of the smartphone/tablet running the latest version?
• Is the SIKUCONTROL APP updated (at least version 1.3.4)?
• Is there a connection between the SIKUCONTROL item and a siku remote control (item 6730/6717)?
• Is the gaming controller sufficiently charged?
• Is the gaming controller within range?
• Is the gaming controller paired with another device?
