Excavate just like the professionals
Alongside the multiplicity of detail and robustness, small and grown-up RC fans love above all how precisely functions can be performed realistically with the models of the SIKUCONTROL32 series. Also with the first caterpillar excavator in the SIKUCONTROL32 series, the RC experts of SIKU strive to set a particularly high standard and to make it possible to experience realistic excavating with a toy excavator. It begins with the remote control that was specially developed for the caterpillar excavator. While the excavator driver moves the crawler chains of the steel colossus using two pedals, the 1:32 model is controlled with rocker switches that imitate the mechanics of the pedals. Thus the two crawler chains can each be controlled separately and proportionally. Thanks to the two powerful electric motors of the chain drives, the excavator climbs even steep gradients. The assignment of the functions to the two joysticks matches that of the control levers of the prototype. With electronic/proportional electric motors, the turret, excavator arm, bucket arm, and even the bucket (shovel) can be precisely directed into any position for excavating, consolidating, spreading, and demolishing. While other RC excavators – usually due to the design – can excavate only down to the floor line, the SIKUCONTROL32 Liebherr R980 SME caterpillar excavator can dig trenches and pits even below the floor line
Chunky, massive, strong!
The archetype of the modern SUV, the Mercedes G65 AMG (article 2350) returns to the SIKU range in its latest and most powerful version in 1:50 scale. The front doors and the rear door can be opened. The four wheels and the spare wheel on the rear door are removable. So even a breakdown or tyre change can now be re-enacted in the playroom.
Take the SIKU luxury coach to the holiday sun
The new Travego from Mercedes-Benz transports passengers and luggage safely and comfortably to the sunny beaches. The elegantly opening doors make it easy to get on and off. Suitcases are stored in the luggage compartment, which is accessible from left and right through large, opening hatches. The six rubberised tyres, mounted on three axles, ensure a quiet journey. The cheerful, brightly coloured paintwork of the bus demonstrates the anticipation for the summer holiday.
