Safety Notice: Scania models with tipping trailer

For SIKUControl32 Scania models with tipping trailer (Items 6725, 6726) and single remote-controlled RC tipping trailer (Item 6727), the dumper device is fitted with a safety mechanism.

This prevents fingers coming into contact with the trailer during height-adjusting manoeuvres.

The contact area comprises the entire trailer surface. Applying pressure to the contact area (e.g. with a finger) will automatically stop the dumper height adjustment mechanism. The dumper device continues moving upwards to prevent fingers being trapped. Continually depressing the contact area prevents the dumper moving further than the remote control unit. Releasing pressure regulates the tipping function again, using the remote control unit.

This safety mechanism conforms to European Toy Directive EN 71 guidelines and norms, and is fully integrated in the SIKU toy model items 6725, 6726 and 6727.
