Before sending in a model, please contact us in advance via SIKU Feedback. This gives you the opportunity to describe the fault and upload pictures of your model to demonstrate the fault. The fault can often be corrected by fitting a new spare part that you can do yourself at home. We will be happy to send you the necessary spare part.
